Satisfaction
In an effort to provide our customers with superior customer service, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping charges and re-stocking fees. If you received free shipping our actual shipping charges to send the item(s) to you will be deducted before your credit is issued. Please note that we must receive your return back within the 30 day time period. Returns received back after your 30 days is up will be refused and sent back to you. Your 30 days starts from the day the UPS or USPS tracking number indicates that the package was delivered. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note for check/money orders only a store credit will be issued. All returns must remain in the factory sealed condition it was received in. For example, Barbies must be in their original box unopened. You must email us before sending a return for return information.
All items that are on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges

Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, you must report it to us within 2 days of receiving the item(s). If CollectibleShopping is not contacted within 2 business days of receipt, damage is attributed to the customer's use and the item will be returned to you at your expense. All Mr. Christmas items will be through warranty replacement after the 2 business days and the customer is responsible to pay freight for the warranty replacement. You must contact us for an RMA number before returning damaged goods. In the event that an item has been sold out and cannot be replaced a refund will be issued.
